naxx 10 raid sign up 1/19/11

As some of you may know we've been attempting to do guild only naxx 10 raids every week. It's been going quite well but we are running into problems with not knowing who wants to go and when they will be on. So far most of our raiding has been happening between 12:00 am and 4:00 am realm time. So from now on I will be making a raid sign up on the forums which will be starting with next week after raid reset (which will be 1/19/11 at 6:00am realm time).

How the sign up will work is anyone interested in joining the guild only naxx run that week will make a post to let me know to save them a spot. The reason for this is so we know who is planning on coming and who isn't. Ideally the raid make up is going to be 2 tanks, 2 healers, 6 dps with at least a few of them being ranged and one of the dps being someone who can switch to healing at certain bosses. Also if we can get the weekly naxx going more smoothly we'll start to include the other 10 mans every week as well

So here's what I need to know when u sign up:
1. Your in character's name/class (if u have more than one 80 please post the name of any toon you are willing to bring)
2. What role your willing to perform: tank, heal, rdps, mdps. (If you don't feel that you are geared enough to tank or heal or don't really want to do one of those just say so that way I'm not counting on u as one of those roles).
3. What time you think you will be able to be on (please use server time since i get confused when people start posting local times and are all in different time zones xD)
4. Any day of the week that you know you won't be available since we're planning on spreading out our run over a few days

Here's an example of what I'm looking for:

Healbot- priest healer
Tankadin- paladin tank/healer
I'm able to be online any time after 11:00pm (realm time ofc) and i'm not available on Sunday's to raid (or would it be Monday realm time...the time zone's confuse me still ).

Sign up if u want to join us! And keep in mind if you didn't let us know ahead of time that you plan on joining we won't know to wait for you to come online.

Im not available at all during hte week which for me is monday to thursday then on friday afternoon i can play. But on the weekend i can play pretty much anytime.

I'm on like almost everyday of every hour.
I won't be on for Monday-Wednesday most likely, so yea...
I would prefer to dps on my warrior and heal on my pally or druid don't matter to me.

So far it's looking like most people are available on the weekends. So we'll probably try to plan then. But since I'm not available on Sundays someone will have to take my place if we haven't finished before that. I'll post later when I know for sure to give everyone definite times/dates for the raid. So check back for that.

So far we have 5 people signed up. As of now here's what roles we have covered:
Healers: Some and Cody (still hoping to find a dps with dual spec to help heal on certain bosses)
Tanks: Me (we still need an ot)
Dps: Vex and Tark (you didn't sound comfortable tanking so I put you on dps)

I'll update here as we get more people and I have a better idea of what we'll be doing.

but with not much gear (about 2700 PVE GS )
but since my main spec (feral) is for tanking, my dps will be lower...
(rough guess is about 1300 dps self buffed in cat form...)

but I guess i would be able to help with Raid healing

Tark let me know which alt you want gear for the most. Your spot is already saved I'm just not sure what role to count on u filling at this point.

Psycic currently we're planning on between 12:00am and 4:00am realm time and most likely it will be on the weekend. So let me know if that's a possibility for you. Your spot is currently saved either way though.

To update on the roles we have covered. I think we're good on heals and probably tanks as well. We are still lacking rdps which may be a problem. If we can manage it I'd like to get at least 2 rdps in the raid.

Currently there are 3 open slots, however if I get enough people (including people with more than one 80) I'm going to try to organize two separate raid groups to make sure that everyone gets in.

If we can get our raids more organized and find times that work out I'm hoping soon we can have guild only raids for all 10 mans.

if you need rdps : Dett (with int buff)
if you need mdps and/or heal : Huul (with Mark of the Wild buff +res and +to all stats buff)
mdps : Huul/Tark

your call... pick the one you need for the group.

IMO, Huul would be the best for his buff, and can switch roles depending on the situation (if someone dies or ???) and CAN COMBAT REZ (1 time per 10 min...)
but if you need rdps, go with dett.

I do like druid buffs and combat res but we're lacking on rdps. There's still 2 slots not filled so I'll let u know when we fill them which of them I need more. I'm still hoping to get a second naxx group started and if I can then you can have one alt in each group.

12:00am to 04:00am realm time = 02:00am to 06:am local time for me (and other South Africans...) so i'll have to wake up easrly or stay up late for the raid... btw, I can provide Druid buff and +8% BoK for raid from leatherworking

The leatherworking drums would be awesome to have. And I know the time zone difference is hard. If i can get two groups going I'll attempt to make one at a better time for you guys. If that doesn't happen do you think you can be on that early? I don't want you to feel like you have to plan your life around wow or anything xD. It would be nice to have you join us though if you can

Congrats guys I got enough people to sign up that 2 runs are going to be possible. Here is the plan that I've come up with so far. Unless I come across a problem this will be what's happening. If something does come up and I need to change it I'll update this post.

First group will be at 8pm realm time (3pm EST for those of u who are having trouble with server time) and it will be on Saturday and Sunday. This group will be made up of:

The Second group will start between 12am and 1am realm time (between 7 and 8 EST) and it will be on Friday and Saturday. This group will be made up of:

Arkonis (if he can be online)

Tark (you can bring whatever alt u want to DPS with)

There are still 3 spots that are not filled in the first group and Arkonis wasn't sure he'd be able to make it so there may be one open spot in the second group as well. If I can't get those last few spots filled ahead of time we'll see who's online when we're ready to start.

I tried to talk to everyone before i made this list to make sure I put everyone in the time that worked best for them but if for some reason you want to change groups or have a problem with time/days please let me know ASAP.
